Extremely dismissive, rude, and impersonal. Will make you waste your time waiting but only give you 15 seconds of his own time to answer questions before walking out.
Dr Traynor is an excellent physician. Knowledgeable, experienced and thorough. This clinic specializes in high-risk pregnancies. There is always a wait and they rarely run on time. Consider this is likely because they are dealing with literal life and death situations with some women. Come here knowing that some ladies are leaving in real crisis and you waited for one of them; whom these doctors so generously squeeze in for same-day emergency referals from other Bay Area OBs. I hope never ever see this doctor anymore.
I arrived early for my appt. I was seen 35 minutes late. My appt was rushed by my technician. The customer service is nonexistent. I feel like the staff should take a customer service course. It was a very impersonal visit especially when your expecting and getting an ultra sound to see your baby for the first time.... They will not get another dime from me.
