They do not do anything about noise complaints, even after you have called. I understand this is an apartment with thin walls but banging on your floor all day and day is a little extreme, also the office seems to be closed at the most random times unable to assist with issues during the normal work week.
We just moved in and absolutely love the unit—especially the team who helped us through the process: Alexis, Sarah, and Tashala. They were more than helpful; thank you for being so kind and patient. Despite the short amount of time, they were able to accommodate our request and settle us into a beautiful space. Mahalo from me and Paul!
Alexis provided exceptional service while helping my wife and me move into our new apartment. She was professional, responsive, and worked closely with us to make sure we had everything in place for a smooth transition. The entire process was completed in less than a week, which exceeded our expectations. The amenities are excellent and well worth the rent. Super nice staff!! Sets up events regularly that has food! Apartments are super clean and nice! Shout out Dan the maintenance man! Also Alexis the front desk lady is super nice and friendly!
Very highly recommend these apartments. The new management goes above and beyond for each resident. It is A nice breath of fresh air to see the new faces in the management building. I would like to especially thank Are you free? Bowden And Dan for their quick responses to our maintenance requests they do excellent work and are always very nice. The new management is also very quick to resolve any issues which is greatly appreciated. Very happy with the switch!!!!
