I love Trax here in Dupont! For many reasons! But first reason I love this place is honestly because the Team who took care of us was amazing! Sarah was quick to help us really find what we needed and as a mom, that matters SO MUCH. It was a fast move in too, it which was so needed for my little family. I APPRECIATE the team here at Trax. I'm glad we found this place. I highly recommend!
Amazing community and people
They do not do anything about noise complaints, even after you have called. I understand this is an apartment with thin walls but banging on your floor all day and day is a little extreme, also the office seems to be closed at the most random times unable to assist with issues during the normal work week.
We just moved in and absolutely love the unit—especially the team who helped us through the process: Alexis, Sarah, and Tashala. They were more than helpful; thank you for being so kind and patient. Despite the short amount of time, they were able to accommodate our request and settle us into a beautiful space. Mahalo from me and Paul!
Alexis provided exceptional service while helping my wife and me move into our new apartment. She was professional, responsive, and worked closely with us to make sure we had everything in place for a smooth transition. The entire process was completed in less than a week, which exceeded our expectations. The amenities are excellent and well worth the rent.
