I highly recommend this site. The staff at the leasing office were extremely helpful and got me moved in within 1 week of starting the process. (Shouts out Sarah!) I'm very happy with my apartment and it was in excellent shape when I took possession. Dupont is a very nice area, and just a few minutes away from JBLM. I definitely recommend Trax here for any military personnel looking for a place near post.
TRAX maintenance crew (Dan and Bohdan) continue to give exceptional service to the residents at TRAX. They are quick, courteous and have the skills to help with what is needed. Move in experience was short, sweet and to the point. Amara handled everything very well and guided me along the way. No complaints on my end, all together I had a good time.
