I really enjoy living at Trax! The ladies in the leasing office are very friendly and always up for a good conversation. The maintenance guys are great. I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t addressed within at least 48 hours. I’m very happy I chose to live in such a quiet complex with such friendly staff!
This place is ok. A little pricey but maybe worth it for the safe neighborhood. Although it could be cleaner like the foyers and elevators and the area around the call box is sticky from spills. People let their dogs use the park in the roundabout which is not allowed but use it to poop anyway. Which is sad because children like to play there and end up rolling around in pet waste. Be aware that there are numerous fees, like common area electricity which can be as much as $25 extra.
Living at Trax has been great. Amara in the leasing office is a professional and she was very helpful during the application process and made moving in extremely easy.
Lived here for a while, great place, nice office staff, we got the place on a great move in deal for such a beautiful area! Only negative I’ve dealt with is neighbors not cleaning up after their large dogs in the dog waste area but that’s no fault of the staff.
