Best Price, knowledge, equipment, and local authorized service. I bought my last TV 15 years ago from Travis and now I remember why I went back. After searching the big retailers I went back to Travis to find that he was $200 dollars cheaper than the competition. They also don't carry a lot what I call fluff, it is ether good quality goods or they don't carry it. Besides that, they don't sell washer and dryers, refrigerators, or cameras, they sell TV's. Stay away! Horrible customer service/support! The manager couldn't have been more rude and even when I said, "Wow, Google warned me that your service was poor" the manager said "Everyone knows those are a joke" and hung up on me! Stay away!!!

GREAT SERVICE I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THE TRAVISS FAMILY FOR OVER 30 YRS AND ALWAYS GOTTEN THE BEST DEALS. THEY COME OUT AND SET EVERYTHING UP AND EXPLAIN HOW TO USE IT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Satisfied customer I was surprised that their prices were lower than Best Buy, American and Sears. Traviss has the best service, even their competitors say so. I love buying local.

High prices, terrible attitude. I believe their prices are the highest in the metro area. When I went in there for warranty service work, they were downright nasty to me. I had to talk to several people because they messed the work up. Every one of them had a confrontational attitude. When I discussed this with a friend, he told me that he, too, was treated very poorly and they were nasty to him on his warranty work.
