Rude...Rude...Rude! Giving onr star because I can't give zero! I am on a fixed income. I was given a used TV but could not get it programmed to work with indoor antenna. A friend offered to pay for a service call and suggested I call Travis as that is who she uses for her TV. They were very rude, not listening to me, talking over me, etc. They wanted me to bring the TV in...OK...but how would that work with me not getting reception from the antenna? Ridiculously Rude My wife and I were interested in upgrading our home theater and visited Traviss Audio Video on 7/18/14, specifically to see what projectors they carried and to inquire if they sold home theater seats. We arrived ~ 20min before closing and directed out inquiry to an elderly guy behind the counter. His first response was to look at his watch. TRAVISS TV ROCKS I have been purchasing all my Electronics from this Store for many Years. We all should know why they are STILL doing business & over 25 small stores have either closed Or went out of business. Very knowledgeable & customer oriented. Don't Bother With This Joke A word of advice for Traviss employees, the internet is a wealth of knowledge and people do research things before maybe stopping into your store. Do yourselves a favor and don't treat potential customers like idiots.That said, I still will not buy from this place, and as others have said, it all boils down to the most rude and arrogant sales people i have ever dealt with. Great service and more I have been buying TVs from Traviss forever. Great service. Great prices. They really know what they are doing. Recently took a 1951 Packard Bell radio and a late 60's Magnavox radio to Traviss for repair. I didn't think either one could be fixed. Traviss made them both as good as new.

Travis TV Des Moines I purchased a TV and sound board from Travis TV. The salesman was very helpful. He didn't try to get me to buy a T V that was too big for my space. It was delivered by two men who were friendly and polite. They completed the job in a professional manner and answered the questions I had. They even helped me move the heavy wall that was moved back into place.
