Dr. Washington was very rude and off-putting. Terrible bedside manner. I have stenosis and spinal canal narrowing that is causing numbness in my hands and feet and affecting my walking and balance. He would not offer any suggestions and asked me what I wanted him to do for me. What? I drove 400 miles round trip and paid for an office visit and x rays taken on site just to have him ask ME? Dr Washington and his staff were very informative and supportive with me. He’s was very professional yet was so empathetic. Quality of an amazing Doctor. I would highly recommend him.
I have to revise my review because this surgery was my 3rd back surgery that Dr Travis Washington and instead of just replacing my broken pin in my spine he took everything thing out and put bigger hardware in well with him being a dr I figured he knew what he was doing well the pins he put in where moving every time I moved because the pin was put in between my bones in a joint where nothing was supposed to be. Dr. Washington, you are an absolute gift from heaven for your patients! I had surgery number two with you and I already feel the positive effects. I had my surgery two days ago. We are so lucky to have found you and your staff. Future patients that may need his expertise, do not hesitate to have him take care of your spinal issues.
He was absolutely mazing through my whole procedure! His staff is always there to help and very caring! I would recommend anyone if you need any spinal care to go to Dr Washington!!!
