I was in excruciating pain in my shoulder and neck as well complete numbness in 1 hand. Luckily I was referred to Dr. Washington after my MRI. The entire office was so great understanding my pain level and helping me. Adrienne the medical assistant is attentive, so pleasant and helpful. Dr Washington and staff Is an excellent practice anyone ever needs back surgery he is my first recommendation he stands by you every step of the way excellent communication easy appointment scheduling until this Dr retires he will be handling any future back surgeries I may need
5 * for this office 100%. I cannot say this enough how happy I am that I found this office. Dr. Washington is very personable, friendly, caring, great bedside manner, understanding; the whole nine yards. And his Staff? 100% the best. I mostly see Kayla now; who is just the sweetest. Dr. Washington is the best he help me get my back when no other doctor would help he took me step buy step to let me know what he was going to do for my back he is still helping me the problem I am having with my back he is a caring person he help me to get my life back and help me with all the pain having with back he a great person and a doctor i am so glad found him and he helping me thank you so much
Super knowledgeable. Great bedside manner, easy to talk to and ask questions. I woke up from surgery completely pain free besides the surgery pain, which was nothing compared to the pain I was in before. Highly recommend!
