Working with Travis was such a pleasure! He made a very stressful task easy and so enjoyable. Being a first-time home buyer was terrifying but Travis was very patient and knowledgeable, taking extra care to walk us through even the most minute details. Travis was our savior when we were trying to get a look at a townhome in DC and our realtor cancelled last-minute. He dropped everything to meet us within the hour, got us into the house, and rushed our application to the seller. Incredibly knowledgeable, not at all condescending, and most importantly very easy-going. If we decide to purchase a home in the area, he will be our first phone call.
