Great location! Decent upgrades…. Property management is some what okay could use some training on how to treat residents here instead of retaliating Against any resident, they should reach out to them and speak to them to see if there’s any way to resolve any situations or problems…. My experience with the leasing office at Travis Park has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Two years ago, when I first applied, the leasing specialist who handled my intake was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer every question, explained the approval process clearly, and provided an accurate timeline for the waiting list. May as well go apply for a luxury apartments. if you’re gonna come here, the process was so confusing and misleading. Asking for way too much to be government assisting homes.
