Ashley in the leasing office was exceptionally patient and sweet; when we went in-person she squeezed us into her schedule and explained the application process thoroughly. The office staff always picked up the phone and were available to answer questions. Even though we ultimately did not meet criteria to lease, they were very kind and helpful. These affordable, income-based apartments are so rare and offer a wonderful service to the community.
