Grossly incompetent staff since being bought out by another company. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. If someone can explain how a company can submit an authorization to the WRONG insurance company after being provided the correct information TWICE I’d love to hear it.

I went to Travis on Friday, October 13 for slip on knee braces for both knees. The sales lady helped me find one, but they only had one. She said I could take one and that the distributor would get the 2nd one to me soon. They charged me $55, which seemed right for the two braces I was promised. By Wednesday, Oct 18, nothing had come. I called and was told that the other brace was never ordered. I was told that if he had to order the 2nd brace, it would be another $55. I am a frequent visitor to the south austin Travis Medical now that they have an extension of their Rehab department located south. Its nice to be able to schedule an appointment to get a power chair serviced south rather than having to go to the north store for any issue. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family.
