The timing was efficient. I arrived early and they got me in early. The athletic trainer that cut my cast off was very gentle & friendly and put me at ease Travis was also very caring and explained the comparison between the initial X-ray and the new X-ray after the cast removal. He spent adequate time setting me up with the continued healing process, including putting on a brace and go ing me a handout with detailed exercises to help strengthen my wrist. It was a great experience.

Came in with a humerus fractured in two. Bad bedside manner and bad advice. Now I’m rushing to make surgical appointments because I was told I probably wouldn’t need it. Now I’m late to the game when I could have handled this sooner. Multiple doctors have recommended surgery to me.
