Doctors are excellent but front desk staff is lost in space, unaware and downright inept. Very disappointed with trying to help my father who can’t see and the way the office staff treated him was not to either of our liking

Very friendly. Nurse was reslly nice & professional. The Dr. Was very informative and also very friendly. We felt very comfortable here. We got the answers to our questions. Tests were ordered quickly. Very impressed with the whole experience.
We came from the Alpena area because Alpena was dragging their feet treating my wife, she was taken in and went right into the heart cath lab and everyone was superb, saving her life from the "widow maker"!
