We came from the Alpena area because Alpena was dragging their feet treating my wife, she was taken in and went right into the heart cath lab and everyone was superb, saving her life from the "widow maker"!
I really like Traverse Heart and Vascular. They are very professional. But when you walk into the lobby on the second floor, it has smelled like mold and mildew for years since they took the aquarium out. Am I the only one who smells it? I can’t believe I am. For people with heart issues, that is the first thing they smell walking up to the counter It’s time to pull the carpet and replace for goodness sakes!!
Really disappointed with Traverse Heart and Vascular. Customer service seems to have been tossed to the curb. Walked in today to refill a prescription and was told I can't. I have to call it in. I was like I can stand here and call it in front of you but you can't take the information and give it to the nurse. Yep! Only doctors off I deal with that wont let you walk in and refill your prescription. That's modern health care for ya!
Great staff, great results from my heart ablation . Dr Jame’ is fantastic !
