Nothing but wonderful things to say about Tim and his team. They were very flexible with scheduling and answered any and every question I had (and as a first time home buyer, I had A LOT). Tim and his crew were very nice and professional. They took the time to explain things to me as they were finding them and took into consideration that we are first time home buyers. This will be our 2nd time using tchi. They were absolutely wonderful the first time and we are excited to use them again. The guys truly care and we're really there for us as we are first time buyers of a used house! We were really nervous about some items and they really took their time on those-carefully inspecting and giving amazing feedback. Their report is super complete and gives all the feedback a buyer wants.
The crew from Traverse City Home Inspections did a fantastic job inspecting the home I'm in the process of buying. I am a first time home buyer, and they did a great job explaining everything to me, and answering my very long list of questions! They walked me through the house, and showed / explained everything to me! It was amazing how knowledgeable they were, and their patience with me knowing very little.
