Larry is an expert in his field. He always had our best interest in mind. He always made himself available when it was most convenient to us. We had a unique type of sale and he was able to provide us with options we didn't even know were available that were more beneficial to us. We did not have a good experience with this agent. We looked at a couple houses with him, and he didn't know the Long Lake area at all. I could understand that he doesn't know all the areas around town, but with multiple weeks notice of our appointment he could have done some background work. After not liking the houses we looked at, we narrowed down what we'd like to see next and Larry said he would put together a new list. Larry never called or emailed us back. ever. For anyone looking to buy a home this review is for you. Larry Raspbury is by far the best agent out there. Over the years, my husband and I have purchased 7 homes throughout the U.S. and have never dealt with anyone like Larry. Larry helped me buy a home from 2000 miles away. He knew what we wanted and searched till he found a few homes that he thought would interest us. In fact, after we identified a favorite subdivision, he wrote a letter to every homeowner in that subdivision who did not have their home listed and found several people who were thinking of selling. Larry has always been our first choice in a real estate agent. He's very knowledgable. He really knows his stuff. He keeps sending homes to look at until we find the perfect match. He's there from the beginning until the end and answers all our questions. If he doesn't know the answer to our questions, he finds out and gets back to us right away.
