traded in a very nice truck to get a big lemon cause trusted them. can't blame sales man but definitely blame office for wrong plates gave b plates for d plate truck never fixed so we eat cost . then transmission out 1 week found slip additives in side . rims j b weld on inside split and had to get new rims and tires 3 days after bought . front end was a complete mess was never a inspection done or would of seen .. bad upper lower ball joints ,steering box ,hubs and bearing ,shocks ,stabilizer shocks and list goes on . paid ... read more

False advertisement they say they work with people with low/bad credit scores are bankruptcy and they don’t after asking for your info and run your credit knowing they where not going to work with me. The saleman i had has excellent customer service far as greeting me on the lot.
THERE OTHER DEALERSHIP TRAVERS AUTOPLEX IS A SCAM. I bought a 2015 Cadillac Escalade Premium with 40,430 miles on it for $39,000 on May 15, 2020. When I did a walk around on the car, I noticed a few dents, dings, scratches and a crack in a chrome piece on the fog light and told the salesman Shawn when he offered to get it detailed not to worry I use to detail cars I will go ahead and do it, it is a used car I don't expect for it to be perfect.
