Very bad customer service! After having trouble with my truck for the second time and looking at $2500 repair costs i talked to the salesman and since i hadn't had the truck long i was told to bring it to their shop and they would take care of it. After having my truck for over a month i was told they wouldn't cover the repairs because it wasn't under my warranty. I dont know if the service I received last Saturday(6-22-19) is the normal practice for travers motor city auto sale but it was enough to deter me or anyone else that I come in contact with that is thinking of buying a car from ever visiting your business. I wasted three hours fighting the rain and three different car accidents to get there just to be informed that the tahoe I was coming to buy had been sold.
