On my week vacation to Niagara Falls for the 4th of July. The thing I can say about this hotel was the location. The view of the falls from my balcony was amazing. It came with a jacuzzi shaped like a valentine was a plus. The breakfast you had to pay for it wasnt that expenses. Most actives was in walking distance. Plus you could get a WeGo bus pass since I didn't have a vehicle it made getting around that much easier.

Hotel is extremely dated, poorly done wallpapers were used as an attempt to mask the walls but it looks horrible. Carpets are old & dirty with a smell and the room sofa looked like they were picked up from the roadside. We pulled the blinds to get some light in the room and the glass on the outside was disgusting- didn’t look like it had been cleaned for years. Another great stay, love the location and the fact the room has a balcony, plus easy location to We Go bus stop.

When we arrived the first thing noticed was a musty almost like damp and sewer smell in the room. The sink in bathroom was not draining very well at all. Spiders there. The check in staff at the desk was not the most welcoming when checking out. Didn't ask how our stay was or anything. Just checked us out like another number. The best service was at the breakfast buffet. The food was so so but the lady working there, i think her name was Sue was sooo amazing. She was very nice to us and made us feel very welcomed.
