I stayed from March 27th until March 29th. The check-in was quick, however, we did have a minor issue because I wanted to use a different credit card than the one, I used to make the reservation. I inserted the card in their machine when prompted, however once I was in the room, I realized that they had authorized the card on file and not the one I inserted. Worst hotel stay ever. Cleanliness is 0. I visited there during valentine week. As soon as we entered the room, the wardrobe door was missing and broken, first negative view to start with. Then, the toilet bowl was not cleaned properly, it had some dirty marks, totally unhygienic to use So we had to call reception immediately to clean that. Then also, the man didn't clean it properly. I don't understand the 3 Whatever rating the service here was excellent. The staff is great. The hotel shows blemishes, but overall perfect. Even downstairs in your eating area with Sue, she is awesome. Don't go by reviews. If you need 5 star and luxury pay for it. This place is awesome.

They do not offer housekeeping, first time I've ever dealt with this. We had two rooms for four days and our sheets were never changed. We had to chase down hotel staff for towels and toilet paper, and call to have them remove our garbage on Day 2. They have also kept our security deposit, claiming we had a pet (we flew there from Nova Scotia with absolutely no animals) and I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my $200 back.
