The location worked very well and I was very pleased with the room. It was all good .
Love the comfort of the bedroom. Very clean. Great breakfast .
I had the need to stay another week and had no problem with staying here another week vs. staying at a more expensive place. The rooms are clean and the staff really puts forth the extra efforts to insure a pleasant stay.
So when we pulled up we were thinking what did we do?! The hotel sits off the road and behind a liquor store. But when we went in it was pretty nice. The lobby is inviting, the room was nice, there was even a fridge and a micro wave!!! Continental breakfast was great! Definitely a nice place to stay.
Stayed 3 nights, the staff was very friendly and helpful.The property was well taken care of and the place was very clean. Convenient to shopping and not far from downtown. I will stay here again.
I found the hotel to be very modern - very clean - very well taken care of. I call this a diamond in the rough, because if you look from the outside (the neighborhood) it is not so appealing - but the facility, it's workers, and the room itself was very nice!
Very responsive staff! Whether it was getting another coffee maker in my room or getting more oatmeal in the breakfast room, requests were dealt with in a quick and friendly manner. Not luxurious, but at these prices, I wasn't expecting it. Considering the area location, it was actually nicer than I expected.
Stayed one night with family, including children. Attendant was extremely nice and helpful. Room clean, nicely furnished. Staff courteous and helpful.
This is the only place near Muskegon Michigan that I could stay because I'm 18! The people working front desk were both really kind and the room was perfect. The bed was so comfy, the room was large, never had any problem with people staying next to us, everything was perfect and i was so relieved when I got to the room I will definitely be staying again on my next trip!
