i made a security deposit for my stay and never got my full refund back. they never sent me a receipt why i wouldn’t receive the full refund there was no damages to my room or anything and when i call the front desk nobody answers or they pick up and hang up. i also had to call wyndham’s corporate customer support and they wouldn’t even answer the phone for them either complete scam and horrible service don’t let these people play with your money extremely unprofessional.
We came into Miami for 3 days before our 7 day cruise 2/8/2024 . I wanted a clean, affordable, convenient and safe place to stay. We did not want to spend $300+ for a room per night for a place I did not plan to be in all day and just wanted my luggage safe as could be while we were out. After a lot of researching back and forth I landed on this. I was satisfied. If I could give a 0 star I would. I booked this room two weeks ago and my reservation was cancelled today with no notice. I called and they told me there was a “glitch” in the system that cancelled my appointment and that I would need to reschedule through the website. My original price was $500 for 5 nights and when I went to reschedule it was $500 per night. I called Wyndham and they stated they sold to hotel recently to someone else and they no longer controlled the reservations. This hotel is cancelling all reservations ... read more
