We stayed at this hotel with a school group attending basketball provincials. We booked 13 rooms and when I say this was the easiest reservation I've ever made, it definitely was. From the moment I called to book to the time we checked out, the service was amazing. Reservations were affordable, accurate, efficient, and they even made changes without charging us when we needed to make changes last minute. Group of 30 people Stayed here for 3 nights in March 2026, hotel staff very friendly and go out of their way to help you, clean rooms, comfortable beds, complimentary breakfast, enjoyable and friendly little pub and restaurant on main floor. Definitely will stay here again if we come to Lethbridge.

I was in town by myself for a stressful situation and this place fit my needs perfectly. Excellent location, clean establishment and outstanding staff. Highly recommend. A+
