The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and every interaction a pleasure. The continental breakfast was a highlight—plenty of tasty options to start the day right. My kids especially loved the cozy atmosphere and felt right at home. A great spot for families looking for comfort and convenience. Would definitely stay again! 2 Adults and 2 kids
My sister and I had a wonderful stay. Rooms were clean, staff were very friendly and helpful . Will definitely stay again.
The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and our room was clean and nicely setup. Breakfast was well monitored with immediate restocking and pleasant staff. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone as well as being most pleased with the reasonable cost.
Strip club next door and homeless people sleeping against the north side of the building. We took one look and booked elsewhere. Didn’t trust that our motorcycle were safe there.
This is a great hotel for price. The service was excellent from the time we checked in. We opted for an early check-in for an additional cost and the room was ready to go when we arrived. Preet’s (I think his name was) service was phenomenal. Clean rooms, comfy beds, great complimentary breakfast, well above our expectations. Will stay here again if I am ever in Lethbridge.
