Had a great stay at Travelodge Lethbridge Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thanks to Front Desk Manager Preet Josan, who was excellent – very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lethbridge!
I have very good experience to stay there very good staff and service and racieptionist guys named as preet assistful person and very nature.
Good for the price the location is not the best area but was quite and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The staff asked my wife and during breakfest if they could do anything or make anything for us as breakfest was included and was ok but not great but staff were very nice. Recommend don't try the cookies if you value your teeth lol.
Everything was good and met the standards of this type of hotel. No complaints at all — I was satisfied with my stay.
My first day at the hotel was fine, but after that the receptionist’s attitude completely changed. She started talking with a rude and disrespectful tone, as if she didn’t want to help at all. Simple questions were answered with irritation, and her behaviour made me feel very uncomfortable as a guest.
