Worse place I’ve ever stayed!!! So I’m laying in bed and I see… a bug crawling on my pillow. Then I call up the desk and they tell me… ohh it’s rained a lot. Then I see four more. I called and they did change my room but the next morning I got up to take shower and in new room… no towels wash clothes. So I called front desk. She told me I would have to come up to desk and get them. And screamed at me when I said, you know there should be towels in a room you pay 70.00 for. Screamed at me. Hotel was quite disgusting. Air/Heat unit had parts missing, dirt all over the floor, walls in terrible condition, shower head leaking, fridge/freezer frozen over, chairs had awful stains on it, sheets and blankets had cigarette burns all over them, the chair at the desk was not in good condition and wobbly. Not to mention the lack of ice machines anywhere on the property, I had to go and purchase my own ice for my drinks.
