Wow. My parents who have mobility issues and require a CPAPS, have had the worst rooms. The AC is broken, they were given a fan, even though they PREBOOKED the room prices went up each night, not all of the outlets in the room worked...hence the mention of CPAPS. Not once have they offered any sort of different accommodations to support their needs. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.
I definitely had a very different experience than a lot of the other reviewers.. My room was super large & super clean. I did not get a breakfast in a bag but a small breakfast buffet with warm eggs & a waffle iron. Plenty of parking, very polite & friendly staff, etc. Was the stay perfect? No. The walls are fairly thin, our jacuzzi jets were very loud (but fully operational) and some spots of the hotel were showing signs of age.. But it is also a 2-star so it is to be expected tbh. Convenient and comfortable place to stay. Breakfast provided was nutritious, tasty and filling.
