Overall, it was an adequate stay. The rooms served their purpose. The floors, however, looked dirty. The breakfast was very lacking. The air conditioning worked well. The pool and hot tub were nice.
I got an poolside view with no access to the pool. I was told the pool/hottub was down but when I asked questions there was no response. How both can be down at the same time is mind boggling to me. It was the literal reason I booked this hotel. The front desk attendant said maybe 5 words to me besides taking my license after I did all the pre-check in before I arrived. Pictures on the internet/website look really nice, that is not the case. Rooms are old, sheets are dingy, needs new paint and carpet. Not impressed.
Esto es lo mas ASQUEROSO del mundo , cuartos sucios , baños sucios , mesas TODO , el servicio pésimo, la cama con manchas de pipi , esto da asco , NO LO RECOMIENDO JAMAS , la piscina cerrada porque no paso la inspección, llegue y a las dos horas fui porque queria cancelar e irme y resulta que igual me cobraron 126 y no llevaba aun las 3 horas aqui. Es lo peor del mundo. , tengo fotos de lo asqueroso que esta esto.
