I forgot to get pictures of the very stained tub (not dirty but the porcelain was permanently stained) with the tub stopper that didn't work. I also forgot to get pictures of the broken chair in the room. When I went at 3 pm to check in they told me to come back after 5 pm. But when I asked for a late check out (because the tub stopper didn't work and we needed time to get it fixed and bathe the kids) they said no which is odd, I guess it is okay for them to be late for check in but not me to be late for check out.
