When we arrived the receptionist checked us in quickly, and gave me the access key. Paid for the room upon arrival. Had requested, and was given an exterior access room. Key card didn’t work. Had to unlock through the interior access. Thought for a moment the heat and hot water were just not working as it took so long for everything to warm up. Hotel was clean and guest services pleasant upon entry and check out. I was worried reading previous reviews but now that we visited think it is just whiners who find fault. It is an economical hotel with small pillows (4 per bed) and a normal continental breakfast. There was lots to eat, hot boiled eggs and coffee/tea. Good stay.
