Reserved a room online for a work trip. When I came into the lobby it was dark and not well lit. Looked like most of the inside was closed. The gentleman behind the counter didn't speak almost at all. All he said was how to get to my room and the number of the room. Online it said they had breakfast but they did not. My room was terrible! I was staying there for the 20 allotted days you are allowed to stay and my room was disgusting. Air vents covered in dust and something sticky. Air filter full and we had to clean it out. Although it is a smoking room, there is dirt and all kids of stuff rolling down the wall. Now if you are staying for only a few days, you get the upgraded room by the pool. All new tile floors, new furniture, very spacious! To look at that room and to look at the one I have, you would think we were in 2 separate hotel... read more

Bug infested run down dirty room. Gum on the light stem. Won't go there again.
