Location great maids on point but manager needs people skills major and maybe anger management as well .owner was rude tried talking over the client and it was all around raw on managers part she needs not to be so quick to judgement to throwing people out and putting staff in between client and herself.

There was non-stop issues with this management at the hotel along the fact that there was a bunch of people partying in the parking lot past 10:00 in the evening with loud music. I had some car issues in the morning and had to call a tow truck and it was taking a long time and they literally kicked me out of the lobby saying that I couldn't wait here. Also there was cockroaches in some of the rooms.

First of all the front desk is not friendly .they told me I could not have company in my room. Also they charged me $20 for my little puppy to spend the night in the room with me she's only a teacup Chihuahua maybe a pound and a half and they charge me $20 a night for her alone.. also on top of that $100 deposit for my room. Every time I try to use my key it will not work I had to run back and forth and the key still would not work I had to have one of the people that work there let me in my room it's a pain in the rear. About the only good thing about this place is the location is pretty close to downtown and close to the freeway. The staff lied to us about the pool being open. The rooms had giant roaches and the bathtub was dirty. It had a balcony but it was shared with the room next door and divided by a walll that didnt extend all the way to the rail so you could sex between it and the rail to get to the other side. The rail was loose and the chair was broken. Not to mention there was cigarette butts all over the balcony.

This Hotel was full of roaches. The owners attitude was so trifling that I would not advise anybody to partake or spend their money. It is a beautiful hotel with an outstanding view if they took the time to not only invest in the property but I’m best and the diversity and building up of their staff.
