Disgusting. The floors were horrible I walked around with shoes on the whole time we were in the room. The bed sheets had stains all over them, we had to go buy two sleeping bags to lay one on the bed and cover up with the other. Crackheads were all over the parking lot all day and night. We have never been to Amarillo so we were blind as to where we reserved a hotel and we chose this one for 3 nights and according to the web page it looked very nice and well kept. Its nasty...the bathrooms are filthy everything is just gross...
Worst hotel ever!!! People outside revving up their vehicle, people being loud outside, place stinks so bad. Terrible!!!!!!
Disgusting place. Horrible cigarette stench in rooms. Towels in my room were stained and filthy. White powder all over headboard. Hideous stains on the chair in my room. Friend's room had only 1 towel and it was wet and the toilet had been used and not flushed and had dried urine on it. Someone tried to enter her room in the middle of the night. TV didnt work. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Beds were hard, claimed they had a pool (they do but has no water in it), a lot of the amenities that were supposed to be in the room weren't, and the knobs for the ac didn't even fit or work it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
