The rental experience was amazing! We had a flat battery but everything was solved super quickly, and that is what matters! We did not lose much time and the team was super responsive and helpful for everything at all times. We did a lot of miles and after the battery change we had no problems anymore. Super happy. We would rent again!
Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Landed San Francisco SFO. Picked up a converted minivan from Travellers Autobarn In Hayward. I rented the converted minivan with a sleeping pad, pillows two sleeping bags plus an extra kit of utensils and dishes, a cooler and a table and chairs Drove to the campsite and stayed four days three nights. It was awesome. I kept the windows open an inch for ventilation and I slept very well on the pad with the sleeping bags. We were really disappointed with our experience and at times did not feel safe in the vehicle. We hired a van for three weeks and had issues from the very beginning. The van that had been set up for us was accidentally reversed into another van by the staff member at the desk, so at the last minute we had to change vehicles. The replacement van wasn’t ready, so we had to wait while they prepared it. Within minutes of driving away we noticed a strong rotten egg smell. It kept getting worse and worse. Overall, I had a great experience renting from Travellers Autobarn. The booking process was smooth, and their team was always quick to answer my questions and very helpful throughout the entire trip. We rented the Beeva van and it worked great for our road trip. I would definitely rent from them again in the future.
The unlimited miles was great. Easy to drive. Lots of space.
