BEWARE HOMEOWNERS!! As a vacation homeowner Travelers Haven has rented my house on 2 occasions, back to back rental for visiting nurses to our area (one nurse left so there was a credit so they moved in nurse #2). Travelers Haven was contracted to rent the house from a staffing company. The staffing company pays Travelers Haven the contracted rental amount and deposits etc.. Great customer service. – I work with Travelers Haven regularly to find apartments for traveling healthcare professionals and love their service. Elizabeth my Account Manager is extremely nice and attentitive. The only negative is they can't always find exactly what I'm looking for, but they always try.
WOW – My experience with Travelers Haven was more positive than I could have hoped for. The Dude and I booked two locations, one for Seattle and one for Vancouver. I felt more comfortable going through Travelers Haven than Craigslist (since Travelers Haven claims to have a policy of holding the funds until the day after you've checked in), and the places we found were far and away better spaces at better price points than staying in hotels. Do not do business with this company...BEWARE! – Signed a contract with this company for our rental house. They rented it for 4 months and did not do a single thing in maintaining the outside of the property. When told that they signed a contract to maintain they property, they said that they couldn't help us. Have to spend time and money to take them to court. STAY AWAY! Do NOT lease them property...you will get stuck with the bill
Beware of this Employer – I would like everyone to know that I thought I got hired with a thriving and growing company that valued their employees. But I was wrong. Yes they are growing but what upset me the most is that I walked into a mess.
