I've been here for 3 weeks thus far, and I have to say this place should get 6 out of 5 stars. The management has been more than helpful. The pre-arrival communication was outstanding. They told me all the little things you would need to know before arriving as well as what to do once you actually got to the door. Also their service on-site has been SO helpful. I have never had an issue with Travelers Haven in over 6 years. I am in a new city every 3 months, sometimes there will be small issues like the wrong cable TV package or a missing microwave ETC. But overall I can't complain.

Stay clear of this company. I utilized Travelers Haven's services during a military move after selling our home and in need of a furnished apartment for 2 months. After signing the lease, they shed all responsibility on the apartment complex to rectify insect and appliance issues with no assistance (The apt was filthy). I have absolutely no love for this horrible company. My nursing agency dumped their housing department and went to these incompetent idiots. My housing contract was for just over 400/week initially.. before it was over with my housing was close to 500/month. They informed me they forgot to add in the cost of oil( as I am in the New England region).How the hell can you forget to add in oil? Travelers Haven is absolutely horrible!! Their accounting department is the worst! My roommate and I are travel nurses and used them for over a year. We repeatedly had to email them to remind them that our rent hadn't been taken out. They are inconsistent and very hard to get in touch with. They never once returned a phone call, but eventually they would get back with us via email. The WORST experience ever! I am a travel nurse and have been using them for a over a year. The accounting department is terrible! Travelers Haven had access to my debit card so they take a certain amount of money out of my account. I had to remind them to please take the money out after it was past due. They were so inconsistent and the amount that was taken out was never the same. They will not return a phone call. Landlords beware! Working with this company is not worth the risk or the effort. We have given this company a couple chances and each experience was negative. Most recently, they extended their rental term in writing via email and via telephone and then refused to honor their extension when the tenant left his work early. When they make an error they try to blame the landlord. We will NOT use them again and it is their loss since our furnished apartments are reasonably priced and in highly desirable neighborhoods.
I worked with Travelers Haven in finding a place for me to rent in Denver, CO. I was moving from out of state, and did not know the area or the rental market at all.
