Only 1 star because there's not a "0." You should be ashamed of yourself for not standing behind your product that you ARE getting paid for. How can you sleep at night knowing you sold a scooter to a couple who just happen to be my nephew and his wife, and give them the run around! This Scooter has been nothing but trouble and never gets repaired as it should be. My nephew's wife had to push that POS this morning in 33 degree weather all the way home.
