Don't bother, they don't care and the food is overcooked and cold and the owner doesn't care. Horrible experience! Cafeteria waitress type service, she kept interrupting our conversations to get ready for closing over and over, but never offered desert or coffee. Never came back to check on meal which sucked!
Terrible service, just called and this lady answers the phone and she could not give me any information. She told me that she couldn't even look up my account. I have been a client for about 8 years and seriously rethinking this. So I asked for her name and she hangs up on me!
Jason Goode approves payments to other insurance companies for claims against his Travelers' clients. His review is very unprofessional and he paid in my instance whatever the other insurance company claimed which has included other pre-existing damage. His lack of attention causes damage to the policy holder's record. He does not advocate for his Travelers' policy holder. He is also rude.

Timely paid premiums for many years means nothing to this company. They are a scam with a license to do business in TN. They DO NOT live up to the policy you paid for to protect your property. When you finally have a claim, you learn that you have paid a lot of money to reduce your risk only to have their adjustors will rip you off and NOT honor the policy.
