OK, I will at least put my name up here and not hide behind Google's site. I have reported this review as false because at no time have I ever messed up someone's air ticket and left someone stranded. Nor have I EVER asked someone for $200 in order to check on something and not help them out of a jam. This review is false and NOT one of my clients!
