Heads up and 5 stars. They are all hardworking people there and could use more staff at the ER. I had to get my mom (93 years) there twice now and I have been nothing but happy with the care they gave her despite her age and dementia. While I feel with some who complain and certainly people go to the ER to see a doctor - however, the wait is in many cases justified and should not result in poor ratings. The surgeon was great. Surgery great. But i dread the appointments with my mom we end up sitting in a room forever! Its rediclous expecially after driving an hour just to get here. The surgeons work 5 stars the office appointments 1 star! Wait time in the back is rediclous!
This is a good place nice people. But the wait time is not reasonable especially when you drive a hour to get here. Having more than one person appointment set for the same time is stupid and not considerate of your patient time. If not required I wouldn’t come back.
I wouldn’t trust ANY and I mean ANY orthopedic surgeon to work on me or my family or my friends BUT and I can’t stress it any louder or PROUDER BUT ONLY Dr. RICHTER!!!! (Hands down) he is AMAZING!!!!! Dr. Richter has by far great bedside manners.Very knowledgeable In his field, very professional and very informative. Dr Gottlich is the best, super personality, very professional, staff is very friendly as well. went to another orthopedic dr, nothing like the treatment we received here at traumacare
