Tratorria Stefano is one of my favorite restaurants in eastern Wisconsin. The atmosphere, the service and the food are always outstanding.
I want you to know that all of the Stefano restaurants are fabulous, and I am never tired of eating there. When we have guest from anywhere, often from other countries, this is one of our MUST experiences.
What an experience. The staff is unbelievable. August is one of the best waiters one could ever encounter. Fresh baked bread. The bruschetta oit of this world. Not a fan of minestrone, however he said it is the most request house soup they have...one bite and you will know why. Wild boar Ragu is second to none. After a meal like that we had the tiramisu...which means "pick me up" is thw best made from his mom's family recipe...it was more than heaven on a plate.
