Another excellent meal. We could have stop after the appetizer and been in culinary bliss, but we did not. The salad was amazing and so was the entree. We have dined here multiple times, some by myself. The waiters are very knowledgeable and happy to share whether it's the food or wine. Stefano's is my favorite restaurant in WI, well worth the 1.5 he drive. My son's favorite reataurant is another of their restaurants, il Ritrovo, across the street.
Amazing service, food and location. Will be back for sure. In fact...planning another trip to Sheboygan just to eat!!
Veal Stefano is a signature dish for a reason. Delicious prosciutto and truffle (?) stuffing offsets the light breading perfectly. The bitterness of the greens provided a beautiful counterbalance to the sweetness of the beets. Delicious dinner and great service.
