Terrible – I advise everybody, landlords and tenants, sellers and buyers, to steer clear from Jeff Trask and Trask Investments. Never have I had the displeasure of dealing with a bigger snake. He will put forth the minimal effort he can get away with to milk the maximum profits he can for himself.
