Service department sucks! You lie to customers Car was there for 8 hours and never even got looked at!! Ridiculous

Joe in service just lied to my face. Said they don't honor a certified GM warrantee WTF don't worry Joe I called GM let them know that. And don't worry about my car. I will get someone else to look at it. And another reason why I didn't go back to Trapp to buy.

I recently brought my vehicle to this Trap Cadillac for service... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! I was having problems with my car because my BCM got wet cause I was ran off the road into a big ditch and 2' of water got inside my car on the passenger side and ruined my BCM underneath the glove box. So my key wasn't releasing , the safety theft service lock light was on , high beams, clock on radio, Windows, wasn't working and I couldn't shift the car in gear.
