Over the years I have purchased 12+ vehicles from Trapp. My last purchase was from a salesman named Charles. He could not have been more professional and made the buying experience my best one yet.

Me and my husband bought a 2015 suburban in january 2016 i have a lil over 14000 miles, since i bought it has had 3 recalls, navigation system is not working correctly and the paint is chipping on 3 out of the 4 door handles!l This is freaking crazy!! DO NOT BUY!!!

I just arrived in Houma after eight hours traveling to be here with my mother in the hospital and realized I had a low tire. I want to say Myra & Johnny are appreciated very much!Johnny put air in my tire and helped me get to a tire repair shop where a nail was removed and repaired. Now I can concentrate on being with my mom while she recuperates. A big thank you to all at Trapp Chevrolet!!!!!

My husband and I bought a 2014 Traverse from Roman in 2015. The level of customer service was top notch!
