I was pretty disappointed. I stopped by the store after 4pm as they have flowers at 50% off. I brought my own container so that I can get more flowers in my arrangement. The gentleman quoted me $16.50 which included a huge bulb of hydrangea. I asked the lady who was helping me originally if he could scale the flowers a bit so I would only spend $15 (supposedly $30 worth of flowers) for my arrangement. Ordered through FTD; delivered by Trapp. There must be some sort of disconnect there because what was ordered versus what showed up were two different things and the poor guy at FTD had to deal with the incredible f*ckup on Trapp’s part. If I’m ordering 100$ worth of flowers and you bring me 50$ worth, the problem is you. It’s a damn good thing it was “Just because” and not for an actual occasion. Try harder. Or stop trying.
You guys literally work magic. This is the second year in a row that my boyfriend has gotten valentines flowers with you and I'm blown away by the quality and artistry. I hope you know how much joy and peace your craft brings people. Thank you for all your hard work yesterday, I know it had to have been one heck of a busy day. <3

They do fantastic arrangements but in my experience they leave a giant mess in their wake. That's unacceptable.

This is perhaps the most beautiful floral & gift shop in Kansas City. Mr. Trapp is certainly a Kansas City institution.
