Went here last week, I sat down right away but it took 3 hours for a fill in…multiple people came in with appointments but who they made appointments with didn’t come in. It was a Saturday and they have two workers. Owner was called to come in for someone that had an apt, waited 40 min and the owner never came. Didn’t get offered any water until 2 hours into my nails…nail techs were doing the best they could.
Unprofessional. Appointment was at 3. 30 min went by with no communication. They offered an explanation AFTER I got up to leave.
This was my first time being serviced here for nails the young lady who did my nails was not very experienced and my nails ended up lifting and they are chipping much sooner than expected. She was also in a hurry because she had to go pick up somebody so she kind of rushed through my job and I wasn't very happy with the prices cuz the ones that's on the wall are not the ones that they're charging you at the register. Trap Haus Nails gave Hubbie and me the kind of pedicure service that reminds you why supporting Black‑owned businesses matters. We drove in from Ypsilanti, and Makayla and Makylah took amazing care of us. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuinely welcoming energy made the whole experience feel luxurious. Our feet left soft, clean, and looking brand new. We’ll definitely be back — worth every mile.
They do great work but a little unprofessional I came today after work on the bus to get a fill in after they did such a great job on my last (first time coming to them) I was all ready to become a regular but being on time is big for me I already had to 30 minutes because the bus dropped me off early (not their fault at all) but they were post to open at 9 well by 9:30 I was ordering my uber because they still weren’t open and ik someone is going to say they black but we as a people need over come the stereo types not fall ... read more
