Some nail techs at the salon are very under experienced. My nails were done last friday and by this monday two had popped off and I had to spend more money within a week of getting my nails done to get them taken off and fixed because they were lifting, the shape was not the best, and chipping so badly. The design I asked for was also not what I received at all and I wish the nail tech would’ve said she was not comfortable doing it rather than doing it and making it look nothing like the inspo. First. This is a BLACK OWNED, BLACK OPERATED nail shop! Upon entry, I was greeted! I wanted to get a soak off, full set and pedicure. I was a walk in (which they kindly accept) so after signing in, I sat down and waited. There were about 6-7 techs working between pedis and nail stations. I only waited another 25 minutes before I was able to get into the pedicure seat. The attentiveness and courtesy of the staff was stellar. I was able to get a soak off WHILE getting my pedicure!!
