Kristen is the best! She has done my hair since I was basically in middle school. So that’s about almost 20 years. I always get compliments about how pretty my hair looks, the coloring, highlights, and the cuts. A lot of times a lot of other hairdressers have given the compliments and have even gone as far dissecting my hair to see how it was cut and how they can achieve it for someone else or they want to feel my hair integrity as well. This was my first time at Tranzitions as well as meeting Jena for the first time. She was phenomenal and knew right away how to correct the color of my hair , which was dishwater brassy. She listened as well as gave me suggestions...and the end result was fabulous! I only wish we had before and after photos. Thank you Jena for your professionalism and kindness! Can’t wait for my next appointment!
Susan is absolutely amazing! I've been a platinum blonde for years, a lot of upkeep. I asked to tone down the brightness and add lowlights to look more natural blonde and she nailed it! Would highly recommend her, not just for her talents but she is an extremely sweet person, very kind and listens to you. I couldn't ask for more in a hairdresser.
