My 2016 Nissan Sentra experienced a transmission failure while I was visiting family in Sacramento. I brought the vehicle to Elk Grove Transmission in Elk Grove, California. They ordered a replacement transmission from Transtar, purchased on 2/27/2023. The first unit Transtar sent was defective and could not be installed. Placed a order on the phone and went last week to pick up and was told they didn’t have (after calling in the morning to confirm) placed another order and was told they call when it was ready, never received a call. Called to confirm items were ready and advised I’d be there to pick up, speed all the way back here and arrived at 4:50 to locked doors and employees starting at me through the window! Wasted my time twice! Skip this place customer service sucks
