Took truck in on Saturday, had it back by Tuesday. I knew the seals were getting hard (wouldn't shift into 4th until warm) so it needed, at minimum, a rebuild kit. Never any pressure to purchase an entire rebuilt system at higher cost - they took transmission apart, checked what was wrong, called with regular updates and brought the old parts into the office to show me (with new parts for comparison) when done.
