We are a transport company we hauled some trucks for them, it took them a week to pay ** after we agreed on 1 business day for 5 % ACH. The supervisor was nasty and unprofessional he told me to shut up, the dispatchers was no help, and the supervisor lied about mailing a check and then he paid by *****. The whole week I have been calling and no one had a answer on why we didn't get paid onetime and the supervisor didn't even return my calls or email

***** was so helpful with helping me ship my parents vehicle back to their second home. Communication was never an issue. The driver met my parents at the church parking lot for delivery. I will use ***** again to ship back to ******* soon. Thank you

we used them to ship our boat and our forest river from FL to CO and they did a great job arranging the drivers :)

I asked ***** three times if he can make it by Wednesday and he said yes thats the only reason why i make the appointment now the driver is delay and he even gave me a call to update me, i called to other company and to Transport Masters USA to cancel my service and they dont want to make refund of 450 about service that didnt happen! Definitely scam company !!

First off the driver was very nice took care of my car right on time kept in touch no problems with him whatsoever I am problem is the company change the amount I/O road without telling me after I signed a contract I do not appreciate having to shell out more money after *** had the car in the driveway I havent taken back in storage I do not like that at all at all

Run away from this company. They tried to hustle me for more money, Broke my windshield and left my car far enough away from the curb that it could get towed knowing that my car was not street legal. when i called to file an insurance claim on the car they gave me the run around and refused to help. They said the windshield was perfectly when they left it, i said fine show me pics of the vehicle before you touched it since they said they had pics. they refused. Do not do business with these snakes .

Transporter was paid and contracted to deliver a car from Pa to Ca. Transporter then demanded more money (2x cost) before the car arrived. Said they would put the car in storage then sell it. Also demanded tbe young female client to sign additional papers relealing them from all claims before the car even arrived. Feel like they are trying to run a scam.Very unproffessional and rude. Called the client names. Stay far away....
