My car just arrived after waiting 6 days for its delivery. It was a very smooth process from beginning to end. My shipping agent Riley prepared me step by step on what to expect. I was so nervous after reading all the articles online. I went with my gut feeling and picked this company. My dad is a Marine Veteran and the owner here is also, it put me at ease. The experience was flawless. I will use this company when I return next year.

******* help me transport my new to me 2022 ******* 488 spider in a beautiful lift gate trailer with a TRUSTED driver. I never leave reviews but ******* and his dispatcher **** from the drivers end was amazing and took very good care of the car. The driver **** went as far as wore little cute boots and had the car covered with a plastic over the car while it was inside the trailer... extremely impressed. The dealership told me he was good, but I was blown away!

After making the mistake of booking my shipment with another company, Riley took the time to explain how she would make sure to get me a driver. The price was not as cheap as the other companies but she did get me a driver quickly without any excuses. She was a bit rough but I guess I needed a wake up call from the fakers who kept feeding me lies about the price. My car did come back dirty but that is to be expected because I shipped it open. This company did everything they promised by finding me a driver who was respectful and professional, ******* helped me ship a 2019 GT3 from OH to ** with a beautiful trailer ran by a driver name *****. The driver was a super nice and loaded my car with care onto his trailer, boy, what a show it was! Never seen such a truck lifting a car up..... Will use the service again 100%

I HAULED A CAR FOR THEM ***** TO VA NOT SURE HOW THEY WORKED IT BUT THE CUSTOMER HAD ONE RATE AND WE HAD ANOTHER. I STARTED CALLING THEM THE FOLLOWING WORK DAY AND EXPLAINED THE SAID THAT THEY WOULD CHECK INTO IT. Warning this company is a bait and switch company. They sound great at first and give you one quote and then you sign up give them payment info then last minute switch the price and contract with no signing or agreement of a new contract. They try to get you to agree upon and substantial increase in price and different locations and when you dont they charge you a deposit fee and refuse to talk to a manager or anybody else when you can actually get in contact with them. Communication:***** was initially responsive and upbeat, but she performed a bait and switch on pricing (details below). When I reached out on August 7th for help with a damage issue involving the carrier, I received no response. She briefly explained the process but didnt cover important details like other brokers did. My husband hired ***** to help transport his car from California to Florida. In the first half everything seemed fine we gave them all the information like pick up date, location, drop off location and even said they could take over a week to drop it off since we're road tripping out there.
