I hired "PJ" from Transport Masters to ship a motorcycle from ********* to *******, initially to ************, then changed to ***********, for an agreed price of $650. However, the broker, "PJ", withdrew an extra "non-refundable" $154.50 fee without my consent and tried to increase the total price to $800. I disputed this, as it was not in the contract. This company goes above and beyond trying to say anything and everything to bait the customers and then scams the ************************* by not fully paying them and having the customer have to deal with the frustration at delivery. Of course the transporter tried to charge us an extra $500 more than what our contract read. We refused to pay the extra $ and had to call the police because they threatened to take our car back to storage and increase the daily rate! Contacted PJ on Sunday afternoon and said i needed my daughters care shipped asap because she decided to move back home from ***** to ****** last minute. Had the car picked up Monday and got it Wednesday afternoon earlier than any of us ever expected. ***** quoted is what i paid even thought I expected more because my daughter loaded up the car with clothes. Signed an agreement for 1 price. Then when are was said and done was charged ****************************************************************** to sign another thing that had the other total after the vehicle was in route dispatcher knew vehicle did not run. Transport that picked it up did NOT have a wench like was told they would had to use my truck to pull it onto the trailer and now they want 300 more

SCAM MASTERS! UNPROFESSIONAL UNETHICAL FRAUD COMPANY. Never ever ever do business with this company. ***** was so rude and shared a dispatch driver number who never contacted me. I tried calling the driver then there was no response from driver. I thought that everything was going well. My agent, *******, even though he wasn't as communicative as I would have liked, seemed to be on the ball. Professional seeming contract. Informed myself and the auto dealer that the transporter would be at the dealer before noon to pick up my car. Transporter never showed up. I tried to call ******* and left a message. No reply. Total garbage, total bait and switch. Holding a deposit when they did not ever show up to pick up the vehicle. They provided no service. Never got a call from "dispatch" during the 72 hour window they claim. I followed up just to get bogus times someone would arrive, they stopped answering my calls and never responded to email attempting to address the issue when those times came and went.
