SCAM!I have screenshots and recordings to back up everything im writing so please do yourself a favor and do not trust a word this company or their representatives ****** June of 2024 I booked the shipment of my car and made a $500 deposit. I was contacted by ***** who provided a quotation to haul my truck. ***** was somewhat pleasant to deal with but after all of the back and forth to get a quote and reviews I read about changing prices I summarized in an email what I felt I was being told and sent to her asking her to confirm the information. 1st off I will not recommend this transport company!!! They gave me a price on shipping my vehicle which I agreed to. I spoke to (*****) and made the deposit to authorize the transport. Later she calls me and the price changed. I told her ok please continue to transport the vehicle. Then my vehicle was picked up they didnt even notify me that they were on the way. HORRIBLE COMPANY BEFORE ANYTHING THEY MAKE YOU SIGN SEVERAL DISCLAIMERS SO THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTHING!!!!!THEY CHARGE $350 FOR CONTACTING A CARRIER, AND THAT IS IT AFTER THAT YOU NEED TO CONTACT THE CARRIER, AND IF HE DOESN'T. ITS TOUGH LUCK !

After 2 weeks with 3 missed pick *** due to **** ******* inability to listen to basic time windows and his inability to communicate, we cancelled our order and were told our money would not be refunded even though services had not been rendered. This is apparently legal theft. Called SHAKAEM transport and they had vehicle picked up next day.

I contracted them to deliver my car from ****************** in ***. The car left with NO DAMAGE and signed off by the driver as such . The car was dropped off in ****** PA. Instead of Ridge ********. The car was damaged with a cracked mirror , a chip in the windshield , and damage to the back bumper . One guess how this happened . I hired Transport Masters USA and was told they would pick up my vehicle. I reached out to them to let them know dealership was only open until 5:00 p.m. that day so please pick up before store closing, they confirmed vehicle would be picked up by 5:00 that day. Contacted by dealership, vehicle was not picked up as promised. I then again reached out to Transport Masters asking when vehicle would be picked up, no response.
