The transmission went out in our 2002 Escalade. I got a bid from these guys that was $1800 less than the next bid. It was so much less than the other guys I was actually a little bit leery. I went in, they were very professional. The employee basically said they work fast and make their money on volume, not raking each customer out of each last penny.
