I have used Transmart several times for transfer case purchases and they are awesome. I purchased a transfer case that had an issue and they stood behind there warranty period and took care of the issue. From the owner to the employee's, there customer service is five stars. Purchased a NP246 transfer case from Transmart. Rear seal leaked within 250 miles of installation. Transmart honored a free seal replacement to stop the leak and reused the same part. Less than 2000 miles after the repair of the seal all fluid leaked from the transfer case causing loss of gears while driving on a an interstate at 70 mph. Unfortunately this happened in Tennessee. Great shop when your parts are good; BEST shop when your parts are bad! I'm building my 2013 Jeep Wrangler, and I wanted to replace the sport transfer case with the upgraded 4:1 Rubicon t-case. Miguel called me directly and we negotiated a price since I couldn't provide a core. I drove down on a Friday afternoon and picked it up from the shop. Lovely people all around.
