Got 2005 VW Passat on on 7/13/16, that very evening while with my dealer the strut messes up, and progressively got worst through out the night.They wouldn't do anything for it the very next day! Nelson the "Manager said what do i expect for a 11 year old. I expect for a $7000 car not to need something fix the very next day. Worst dealership ever. The sales manager is a joke. We bought our 2015 outlander brand new . We had to pick the vehicle up at night time because of our work schedule . When picking the vehicle up it was outside . We asked if it could be brought inside to look it over as it was cold and raining out and Was told no. Your website says that your open, the sign on the door says you are open. We drove out to the dealership in hopes to buy an outlander sport but you are closed. Looks like Hamburg Mitsubishi is getting my business. If you can't update a website how could I expect a smooth car buying experience?
